We are the leader in preschool education in the Lakeland School District area for decades and have developed in 2010 ThumBelina — Terrific Twos Program with the quality you expect.

Although our ThumBelina Program includes childcare services, we are an experienced private school and certified by the State of New York Social Services.

Tom Thumb Preschool is trusted and recognized in the area to provide the best quality early childhood education for over 50 years. Your child deserves the best quality education and childcare available. Most of our ThumBelina students go on to attend our Tom Thumb Junior and Senior Preschool and will graduate with 3 years of quality education and “Kindergarten Ready”.

crayonsTom Thumb is successful because of our loving care and our superior early childhood educational services. We improve the lives of our students since 1968.

Please call us for an appointment to visit our school and talk to our Director.

ThumBelina is a safe and healthy environment for your child and designed by Nancy Brophy specifically for 2 years olds.

ThumBelina’s classroom and playgrounds are designed specifically for two years olds.

ThumBelina is a wonderful place to grow with loving care, fun, play, and learning. We are way beyond child-care. We are a preschool and skilled and experienced with this age group.

Just consider ThumBelina as “A Home Away from Home” completely devoted to the needs of younger children.

ThumBelina’s goal is to enhance your child’s educational and social skills while concurrently improving their body movement, motor skills, and dexterity. We go far beyond the typical daycare programs by immersing our students into the ThumBelina Learning Environment designed expertly for this age.

Our program provides a fresh new approach geared to help children grow mentally, physically, and socially.

Your child is precious, and the first 5 years of their life determine who they will become. Consider what’s best for your child and the program that will best help them grow. We think you will be pleasantly surprised to know ThumBelina delivers a quality education that you can trust at a reasonable price.
